the biggest references in the summer animation in the archipelago and the biggest nautical festival in Portugal. Water sports shows, performances by Philharmonic Bands, Folk Groups and the presentation of musical concerts with artists and groups of national and international renown. During the week we can watch the Whaling Boat Race, participate in the Faial-Pico Canal race. Also worthy of mention are the Feast of Our Lady of Guia with Procession and Nautical Court with dozens of colorful vessels, the Parade of the Ethnographic Court, different spaces such as the Gastronomic Fair, the Exhibition Center, the Book Fair and the Regional Handicraft Fair .
